Description
Ageing : 1 – 6 years. It’s designed to be drunk young, when its fruit is bursting, but it will stand up to a few years of waiting.
Winemaking process : Traditional, vatting for two weeks, with a light, supple process that favors light extraction, to keep the wine fresh, full-bodied, and low in tannins. The temperature does not exceed 26°C, always with the aim of preserving the crisp fruitiness and soft texture.
Service temperature : 14 – 17°C. This is a red wine that can be drunk relatively cool, especially in summer.
Serve with : Perfect as an aperitif or starter, with antipasti, crudités, or grilled red meats.
