Description
Ageing : 4 to 6 years
Winemaking process : Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats for around 20 days. The work is gentle, the extraction progressive and controlled, to obtain a full, supple wine while preserving the fruit. The free-run wine is separated from the presses before being reassembled when the sugars are finished.
Serving temperature : 16 – 18°C. May be served cooler in hot weather.
Serve with : A supple, gourmet wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, from simple grilled meats to dishes in sauce.
Kosher wine : Non-mevushal, under the strict supervision of Dayan Haï Amram, certified by OU Kosher
