Aging : 4 to 6 years
Winemaking : Traditional vinification in stainless-steel vats for around 20 days. The process is gentle, with progressive and controlled extraction to obtain a full, supple wine while preserving the fruit. The free-run wine is separated from the presses before being reassembled once the sugars are finished.
Serving temperature : 16-18°C (may be served cooler in hot weather).
Pairings : This is a supple, gourmet wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, from simple grilled meats to dishes in sauce.
