AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages Visan Rouge
Deep garnet-red, limpid color. Gourmet nose of ripe fruit and undergrowth. Supple and round on the palate, full of softness and delicacy. Perfect balance between freshness and silky tannins, accompanied by good volume. Long finish with hints of licorice. A fine, complex wine with good aging potential.
Grapes : 90% Syrah, 10% Grenache

Years : 5 – 10 years
Winemaking : Traditional vinification, with a long vatting period aimed at gently extracting the wine’s essence. Syrah is cold-macerated to enhance its fruitiness and freshness. The temperature is kept below 27°C. The wine is aged in concrete vats, with a small portion in demi-muids.
Serving Temperature : 16 – 18°C
Serve with : This wine pairs perfectly with fine, elaborate dishes based on grilled or stewed red meats, and soft cheeses. It also complements marinated and grilled bonito.
