A complex nose with notes of ripe fruit, roasted notes, blackcurrant buds and cherry aromas in retro-olfaction.
On the palate, a clean, supple attack with a lovely freshness. Fine texture with tight tannins. The finish is long and fresh.
A fine, complex wine with good ageing potential, especially in this bottle format.
Grapes : 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre.

Ageing : 1 – 10 years
Winemaking process : Traditional winemaking, with long vatting and co-fermentation of the three grape varieties, where the aim is to gently extract substance. The temperature is kept below 27°C. Aged in barrels for over 18 months.
Service temperature : 16 – 18°
Serve with : This wine is the perfect accompaniment to fine, elaborate dishes based on grilled or stewed red meats, and soft cheeses.
