DESCRIPTION :
Clear and shiny medium ruby colour.
The nose is gourmand and complex, fully developed; you can smell fresh red fruits and then a hint of blackberry and seasoning, typical of the region. Aeration adds tertiary aromas such as licorice and a touch of eucalyptus.
Both rounded and fresh, you will find on the palate the same flavors as the ones smelled.
This wine is well-balanced, with a delicate freshness and a medium body. Tannins are very smooth, giving a great enlightenment to the final flavours.
It’s a simple but charming wine, no artifices needed. Just a pure expression of fruits, perfect for a nice evening with friends, even the ones who usually don’t drink red wine.

70% Black Grenache, 30% Shiraz
AGING CAPACITY:
It’s meant to be tasted in its youth, but you can keep it a few years if you want to, from 1 to 3.
VINIFICATION :
We combine traditional methods with modern technology, handcrafting qualitative wines which reflect our terroir. We believe in minimal intervention, we are here to create the best conditions to let the grapes express their true character and to keep these conditions from the harvest to the bottling. Here the winemaking process takes about 15 days, during which a gentle extraction work is done with only soft methods. We don’t push the extraction too far in order to keep a light, fresh and fruity wine, with delicate tannins. Fermentation temperature is meticulously controlled and stays around 26°C (79°F), with the same purpose of keeping a crispy fruity profile.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
15-17°C (61 to 64°F). Due to its light and smooth texture, you can serve it a little bit fresher than structured red wines, which can be perfect if you serve it as a starter.
